One of our client’s customers needed to implement a product recall program in a very short timeframe. The goal was to build a skilled customer support team who could field recall questions from customers as well as record inquiries and results.
The client engaged Drake Resource Group to design and implement a new hire orientation to the Event Management System and an introduction to customer care skills required specifically for recall issues. Drake completed the project on time and within budget. A significant benefit to this client was the flexible design of the job aids and customer training so that they could be easily adapted for future recall projects.

DRG developed a character named "E-Bert" to guide learners through this interactive course that teaches new product testing documentation software to engineers.
The online course is a follow-up to an instructor-led course that re-emphasizes proper policies and procedures regarding the documentation of product testing. The courseware also serves as an online reference tool. In addition, performance evaluation tests learners' abilities to use the software correctly.
Blended solutions that combine multiple delivery modes provide flexibility and reinforcement to learners.

The Consumer Products group needed to implement an integrated, web-based, promotion management system with the capability of managing all aspects of trade management. They had planned to use an off-the-shelf product and customize it for several different processes and audiences. Shortly before the scheduled training, the client realized that the planned product and training would not adequately meet their needs.
One month before the scheduled training rollout, Drake was asked to develop an entirely new training format and remain within the established schedule. The Organizational Development Director praised the Drake team’s extraordinary efforts in meeting the challenges to train so many in such a short time. The company received very positive feedback from participants regarding both the format and content.

The members of the Industry Fund service both new construction customers and existing homeowners. The Industry Fund learned that plumbing technicians needed training in customer service.
Drake Resource Group met with the Industry Fund's Executive Director to outline the association's needs before providing training options. Drake also met with small focus groups of contractors to ask questions and learn more about their concerns. From this research, Drake developed half-day workshops for 10-12 technicians at a time, conducted during a six month period. One measure of the workshop's value was the contractors' willingness to send technicians during the work day.
Because they received so much positive feedback from the plumbing contractors and technicians, the association asked Drake to design and develop additional training for the contractors' office staff, who experience a variety of challenges during daily customer contact.

This creative course introduces users to the management of web site content using Interwoven's TeamSite® tool. The course introduces the enterprise's web content management process through a "web content management makeover" show. The scenarios used throughout the course are based on real business unit deployments at this Fortune 100 insurance company.
Using the client's proprietary web course-builder tool, DRG designers wove Flash® "commercials," quizzes, and custom photography into an instructionally sound, engaging overview course.
The course met its goal: to provide a consistent message and accurate information to business units who are adopting the web content management process-saving the deployment team from countless repetitions of this information to new users.

The Animal Health Division of Bayer Pharmaceuticals needed to deliver an online version of an instructor-led diversity course to dozens of high level executives across six continents. More than an awareness course, this training was part of an important Bayer goal to deepen employees' understanding of how major identity groups differ and what it takes to connect cross-culturally.
The project goal involved designing and developing six e-learning modules and delivering them using Drake Resource Group's Learning Management System. Despite many cultural and technical challenges, the Drake team completed the project and delivered six quality modules over a seven-month period, without any team members ever meeting in person. During a follow up review conference in Rome, Italy, the client's end users expressed great satisfaction with the final content and delivery.

The Willow Creek Association's (WCA) Good Sense Ministry is a highly successful program helping thousands of people learn sound financial stewardship practices. Periodic budget workshops present principles and tools to individuals and families, while the counselor training component prepares counselors to work with families one-on-one. The WCA's goal was to publish a "ministry in a box" that other churches around the world could use to implement their own successful Good Sense Ministries.
To create the "ministry in a box," multiple curriculum components were created to address all audiences involved in creating and implementing a new Good Sense Ministry. These included church leaders and elders, new Good Sense Counselors, and families and individuals who need help managing their finances.
DRG's instructional designers helped subject matter experts distill their years of knowledge and experience into a comprehensive curriculum that addresses all angles of the new ministry implementation.
The association's passion and experience combined with DRG's instructional design expertise resulted in a product that's a top seller for Willow Creek Association!
