President

Sue DrakeSusan (Sue) Drake founded Drake Resource Group, Inc. in 1994. Today Drake is a thriving business and learning consulting firm which serves Fortune 1000 clients, small to mid-size business partners and their clients as well as non-profit organizations. Over the years, Sue’s leadership style has attracted the talent that keeps Drake Resource Group growing and expanding its repertoire. As a champion of lifelong learning, Sue brings a wealth of experience to both her clients and her internal team. Sue is a member of The American Society of Training and Development (both local and national organizations); she belongs to Sales and Marketing Training and Society for Technical Communication; she was also awarded the 2008 Influential Women in Business award sponsored by the Business Ledger and the National Association of Women Business Owners.


Louann Swedberg

Director, Marketing Communications

Louann SwedbergLouann has amassed more than two decades of experience serving businesses in the areas of sales and marketing, technical support and learning solutions. During the past 13 years, she has used this expertise to fill a variety of roles for Drake Resource Group. Most recently she leads the marketing communications area. Client development, account management, project management, instructional design, diplomacy and a sharp pen are some of the skills in her arsenal.


DonnaLee Caringella

Director, Talent Management

DonnaLee CaringellaDonnaLee has over twenty years of business experience in human resources, learning solutions and project management across a wide variety of industries and functions. She applies this background to Drake Resource Group by ensuring the organization has top-notch skilled and motivated consultants who enjoy working with DRG. She also works in the areas of instructional design, facilitation, project management and relationship management for DRG. The variety and challenge provided by these different roles give her energy and creative inspiration. DonnaLee lives by the saying, “Variety is the spice of life!”


Denise Flack

Financial Executive Assistant

Denise FlackDenise Flack is Drake Resource Group’s Executive Assistant. Denise deals with the day-to-day accounting activities for Drake and supports the business’s client and consultant information requirements. Denise came to Drake with more than 20 years of accounting experience and has put the company on track to handle larger volumes of business.


Katherine Krause

Marketing Communications

Katherine KrauseKatherine comes to Drake Resource Group with more than 15 years of experience in organizational communications, project management and team leadership. She has enjoyed working in a variety of professional settings, including large corporations, mid-sized companies and both large and small non-profit organizations. Her passion is facilitating effective communication that fosters healthy, productive relationships which serve as the foundation for great results.


Lori Thompson-Zittnan

Technical Support/Coordinator, Product Offerings

Lori brings 12+ years of experience in research and development, education, sales, and marketing. Her Master’s work emphasizes both technology and the art of adult learning. She is a versatile learning professional with diverse project experience in web-based course design and development, instructor-led initiatives, IT vendor management and customer care. Lori has a balanced eye for detail from both the learner and the organization-based perspective. She adapts well to the tactical requirements necessary to coordinate and support our Drake Resource Group clients and team members.


Cindy Dayney

Relationship Manager

Cindy DayneyCindy Dayney is a Relationship Manager specializing in project management. Cindy helps her clients improve employee performance to achieve strategic business results through innovative learning solutions. With over twenty years experience in corporate and consulting environments, Cindy is a master at managing complex program initiatives involving multiple stakeholders. She has managed a number of remote project teams in a global environment. Clients describe Cindy as energetic, creative and a trusted business partner.
